We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager with the ambition to provide quality customer service to residents and prospects as well as reduce delinquency and increase revenue.
- Increase income and collection of rent.
- Prepare statement of deposit for past residents in a timey manner.
- Collect debt from past due residents and/or collection agency and keep an accurate reporting system.
- Maintain monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals and delinquencies for bonus purposes.
- Assume community managers’ duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company guidelines.
- Walk community and units as needed
- Be able to assist leasing consultant by showing available apartments, signing renewals, validating application information, and move in documents.
- Reduce delinquency and process eviction files when necessary.
- Provide daily updates for Corporate personnel.
- Audit applications and move-in files for accuracy.
- Assist Manager with invoices and understanding expenses.
