Immediately seeking an experienced, dependable, hard-working individual to assist at an apartment community and all of its maintenance needs. Candidate has to have the ability to complete assigned tasks in an effective and timely manner. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work and strives to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. This position requires an understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, and General Maintenance in the facility. HVAC certification and ability to replace units is required. Must communicate well with vendors, work organized and strive to make cost effective decisions. This individual must be able to work independently to complete getting apartments ready in a timely manner. 

Must be a team player, great leader, and problem solver who strives to limit expenses and effectively find ways to compete tasks in-house.
